The
Beginning We
came to Canada, thirty-two years ago from the area of Europe where
wine was almost a daily part of our diet. Besides that, working in
vineyards and wine cellars (well before the Sixty Minutes "French
Paradox, Resveratrol and recent findings of anti-aging compounds in
wine etc.), our families celebrated ups and downs in life with the
grape fermented nectar. Only now we have realized no one in our
families left this planet before being well "aged",
because of the heart attacks, strokes, atherosclerosis, etc. Yes,
we've heard that before...great old times! Our first steps in
the continuity of an old tradition of enjoying the wine - what a sin
- started a quater century ago with pressing, locality unknown
grapes and making wines from concentrates. Trying to find the old
formula of the magic touch alchemy (the medieval attempt to
transmute base metals into gold or silver), the results from local
grapes and concentrates were less than successful. Imagine, we were
losing friends. Their comments were, "We will gladly visit you
but please don't serve your great self-made chateaux." What an
excellent anti-alcohol tool. We should have patented our product
under the slogan "drink our wine and we guarantee you will
become a 'Teetotaller' in six weeks." (Similar to today's
weight loss commercialism). The last 27 years of our own
research has shown that pure fresh vinifera grape juices yield a
superior product. To that end, we have come up with a product that
will satisfy the most discerning homewinemaker. This result was
achieved in co-operation with the professional winemakers and
enologists in different countries. May we present to you as a future
customer our single strength 100% pure fresh vinifera grape
musts from Europe. They are not concentrates and
you don't add any water. Imagine, just squeezing the grapes
and collecting the resulting grape juice. This is exactly our
product. Not chemically manufactured like concentrated products.

Origin
We
have travelled to five European countries to bring you the best
vinifera juice, from each countries' most respected wine producing
region. From Italy we import juices from the respected North Italian
wineries, Cantina Sociale di Soave and Mezza Corona. From Austria
and Hungary we import from Burgenland's well known Heidebodenhof
winery and Fertovin in Fertoszentmiklos. In Germany we import from
St. Margaret's in Rheinhessen's Lonsheim (Alzey). In France we
import from Languedoc's Cave des Corbieres, Riversaltes.
Experience We have been
retailing and wholesaling our pure fresh vinifera grape
juices for the past twelve grape harvests. During this
time we have come to appreciate our customers' concerns and demands
for a high quality product. Our product has been awarded several
prestigious prizes in various North American competitions. We are
also members of the following organizations: American Society for
Enology and Viticulture, Canadian Society of Oenology &
Viticulture, American Wine Society, Vinifera Wine Growers
Association and the Home Wine & Beer Trade Association
(H.W.B.T.A).
Service Kamil Juices is
able to present wholesalers and retailers across North America with
an opportunity to offer these high quality juices to their
customers. We also retail these juices
to the public so that homewinemakers
in the vicinity of Southern Ontario can vinify our product. In
addition, the Ontario Wine Pub Act allows us to provide our
customers with on premises winemaking services. Restauranteurs with
the Ontario Wine Pub Act license can vinify our juices on their own
premises to produce a superior house reserve at a very attractive

produce the wine in your restaurant).
OUR CREDO
We believe that our
first responsibility is to the customer and all others who use our
products. Our products must always be of the highest quality.
Our orders must be promptly and accurately filled. We
should spend a lot of time making customers happy. Definitely
no cynicism is allowed.
Our second responsibility is to
those who work with us. They must have a sense of security in
their jobs. Wages must be fair and adequate. Management
just, hours reasonable, and working conditions clean and orderly
kept by all. Employees should have an organized system for
suggestions and complaints. Each person must be considered as
an individual standing on his/her own dignity and merit. Our
employees should work hard and yet keep it fun. We must adhere
to the concept "Thou shalt not kill a new product idea"
and tapping that latent creative power within us.
Our
third responsibility is to the community in which we live. We
must be a good citizen, and support good works and charity. We
must maintain a good order in the property we are privileged to use.
We must participate in the promotion of civic improvement,
health, education and good government and acquaint the community
with our activities. Always use your good judgement in all
situations. There will be no additional rules.
Our
fourth responsibility is to the above ideas which should be fully
implemented. Thus our business will make a sound profit too, to
support our credo. We are determined with the help of God's grace to
fulfil these obligations to the best of our abilities.
