To top		Our 100% pure vinifera grape juices are flash pastuerized and packed sterile in food grade recyclable plastic, with dimensions: (9" x 7" x 12"). We are the originators of this idea and are now being copied by many other companies. Quality is assured by the customer removable ring seal. Each canister weighs 11.4 kg (25 lbs). They stack 3-4 high. The juices can be stored in a cool dark place, eg. 48 - 55 F (8-15 C) for up to 12 months before starting them. You need two of these cansiters to make one batch, (one batch is equivalent to 5 imperial gallons). Blending between varieties is possible. Labels contain precise product description, chemical parameters, point of origin and variety name.
		The European Juices The 100 % pure fresh vinifera grape juices from Europe come packed in either a 10 or 11 L (2.5 gal) sterile plastic canister depending on the country of origin. Our juices are not concentrated!! In addition our juices are not 'desulphides' . They are not made from highly sulphitated juices (1200 ppm of sulphur and higher), deadly to the main ingredients in the grape juice. Only our method of flash pasteurization and hot pressing (the reds only), allows the juice to produce a professional quality wine that is full bodied, with an enhanced nose and bouquet that no other home winemaking product can achieve. The pure juices contain 2-3% solids depending on the variety. We strive to obtain all of our European pure fresh grape juices from suppliers who practice natural farming techniques. Our customers' favourable response to the quality of this product allows us to offer complete satisfaction. Granted our juices are a little more expensive (see PRICES), but many of our competitors are so bent on driving the price lower, that when it comes to the consumer, they squeeze the quality out. The shelf life of our 100% natural vinifera juice is a minimum of twelve months at a storage temp below 5 C or 40 F. The juices are flash pasteurized and hermetically sealed in 11 L plastic containers. The freshness of the juices are protected by the seal. Our juices are available 365 days a year. Once again, we do not sell concentrates and our pure juices are a superior home winemaking product. European vinifera grape juice varieties offered are subject to availability at point of origin during the 2007 harvest season and quantities left in stock. All juice orders come supplied with full instructions, clarifing agents (white or red), stabilizer, yeast (Lalvin EC 1118) and/or oak if desired.
