| Restaurants We provide consultation for in - house winemaking to Ontario restaurants with a Wine Pub License. If you want to make your own special cuvee or chateau for your restaurant, look no further. Kamil Juices supplies 100% pure fresh European vinifera grape juices of Qualitatswein bestimmte Anbaugebiete (QbA), Denominazione di Orgine Controlla (DOC), Appellation d'Origine Contrôlé (AOC) quality. This means that you will be serving wine that is a step above regular table wine quality. If you customers are demanding enough to drink only these types of wines, then you need to contact us. Required are a cooler sufficient to place at least two 200 L barrels and 60 plastic canisters. A second room at 21 C is need for fermentation that will also fit the two 200 L barrels with room to maneouver a filter machine. Please email us with your restaurant name, full mailing address and wine/pub lisence information so that we can quickly address your request. Please ask for wine/pub lisence information when calling for the latest services and juice availability.
